Hey! My name is Claire and I have been dancing for over fifteen years! I grew up in the dance world, my mom had her very own dance studio so it was the perfect place for me to grow some roots! I have done all dance styles but my favorite are ballet and lyrical. I have performed as a child soloist for two years in the Glory of Christmas, trained with the American Ballet Company, Performed at the Youth American Grand Prix and I have even tried out for Americas Got Talent! I love to dance and I can’t wait to share this passion with the students here at BNG!

Dance Instructor
Ms. Ash
I started my dance journey at two years old. While growing up in Frisco, Texas (North of Dallas), I have trained, performed, and competed in various styles of dance including ballet, pointe, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, tap, drill, pom, and different types of ballroom. As a child, I had the opportunity to train with the Joffrey Ballet School in their Jazz and Contemporary Summer Intensive, perform for the Frisco Roughriders as a Jr. Diamond Dancer, and perform for the Dallas Cowboys as a Cowboys Cutie and as performer for their Halloween Halftime Show. In high school, I was the Lt. Captain of the Prosper Talonettes Dance and Drill Team, and had the honor of being crowned the title of Miss Danceline USA 2020 along with other solo top finishes throughout the years.
I started teaching at 10 years old and started choreographing at 14 years old. My solo and group choreography has received numerous awards and recognitions. I currently still travel around the DFW area to teach and choreograph for various teams and soloists. Currently, I am an Accounting/Entrepreneurship double major with a Dance minor at Baylor University in hopes of opening up my own dance studio one day! I have continued my dance training in college by dancing with the Baylor Dance Company from 2021-2022, and I am still training with Baylor through the Dance Minor program.
I started teaching at Beauty N Grace in 2022 and have loved every minute of it! Seeing my students improve every day and watching their love for dance grow is my favorite part of the job. I have recently been certified to teach Bungee Fitness, and I am so excited to teach this fun and trendy exercise!
Miss Ash’s Mission Statement: To provide a safe and positive environment for students to be themselves while learning to dance with correct technique while preserving their mental health and passion for dance.

Dance Instructor
Ms. Shelby
My name is Shelby Harry. I began dancing at the young age of 2, and started competing by the age of 3. I quickly formed a passion and love of dance. Growing up, I had many performance opportunities. I have had the opportunity to perform at Disney World multiple times, a Carnival cruise ship, Universal Studios, along with many community performances. I have taken classes in New York City at the New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and Steps On Broadway.
Competitions were always my favorite dance events. While competing throughout my years of dance, I had many top 10 placements with my solos as well as group routines. By the age of 16, I was helping assist and teach dance classes, where I quickly learned I had a love of sharing my passion and knowledge with others. I taught at the studio I grew up dancing at, then when I moved for college I was blessed enough to find a home at a studio in New Braunfels. In high school, I was on the Robinson Rockettes drill team for 4 years. I served as first lieutenant my sophomore year and captain my junior and senior years. During my time on drill team, I won a state championship with my officer line, along with my solo placing in top five.
After high school, I became a collegiate dancer at Texas State University. I was a Texas State Strutter for 3 years, under the direction of Selina Flores (DCC Alum) and Tammy Fife (Strutter Alum). Once completing my 3 years at Texas State, I went on to dance on a professional cheer/dance team in San Antonio. There, I was apart of the San Antonio Six Shooters and was on the team for one season before moving back home to begin my teaching career.
Dance has helped shape the person I am today. It has been a huge part of my life and who I am. I am so incredibly excited and grateful for the opportunity to share that love of dance at BNG.

Dance Instructor
Ms. Jordan

My achievements include winning Second Place for my solo and many First Place medals for group routines at the Junior Olympics in California.

I continued my dance journey by pursuing a dance minor at Baylor University and being very involved with numerous dance opportunities like SING and Pigskin throughout my time at Baylor. I graduated in Spring 2025 with a Bachelors of Science and plan to further my education by continuing my journey to medical school. For the mean time I will be taking a gap year and work hands on with patients at a local clinic whilst continuing my time here at BNG!

I am excited to continuing working with the talented students here at BNG and help them reach their full potential!

Dance Instructor
Ms. Brenna
I started dancing at the age 2, and competed throughout my senior year of high school winning numerous awards and recognition for technique, movement quality, and improvisation.

I completed my undergrad at Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Dance Science and a minor in choreography. Here, I attended the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science conference in Limerick Ireland, produced and directed my own show, and presented a choreographed piece “Entropy” at the American Collegiate Dance Association. I was in multiple works including “Where There’s Hope, There’s Life” an evening length show bringing awareness about the Holocaust where I traveled to Asheville North Carolina to perform at the Fringe Dance Festival, and multiple high schools in the Dallas area.

I completed undergrad research and explored the use of visualization and projection with dance, this ultimately lead me to choreograph and direct a dance on film piece that will be featured in festivals in the future. I have taught dance to various ages since high school and I very excited to continue developing the next generation of young dancers at BNG as well as continue my own dance career!

Dance Instructor
Ms. Ellie
I’m Ellie Mitchell, a grad student at Baylor and a dancer with a background in tap, jazz, musical theatre, hip hop, ballet, and drill team. I’ve danced competitively for years and have had the chance to attend some of the top dance conventions in the country — experiences that have helped shape who I am as both a dancer and a teacher.
More than anything, I have a heart for students. I love creating a fun, encouraging space where dancers can grow in both skill and confidence. Whether you’re brand new to dance or looking to take it to the next level, you’re welcome here.
Let’s dance, learn, and have a great time together!

Dance Instructor
Ms. Lex
I’ve been dancing since I was six years old. I grew up in Henderson, Nevada, where I trained at a competitive dance studio for 12 years in styles like lyrical, contemporary, ballet, jazz, hip hop, and tap. I started competing in second grade and began teaching at my home studio when I was 13 — that’s when I really discovered how much I love working with younger dancers.
In high school, I was part of a nationally ranked, title-winning dance team, competing in pom, jazz, and game day. I’ve also had some fun opportunities along the way, like auditioning for America’s Got Talent, dancing in the Nutcracker, and holding Title Winner at multiple competitions.
I am now continuing my dance journey in college as a member of the Baylor Dance Company.

I absolutely love the small town family feel and the connections I am able to make with each and every athlete that walks through the door. Tumbling and Cheer is a deep rooted passion to me and I love sharing my knowledge and watching the passion grow in my students.
