Meet Our Instructors

Ashley Berrett

"I grew up as a competitive dancer and have 26 years of dance experience. Throughout the years, I’ve trained with the Roosevelt Stars, the Union High School Drill Team, the Utah All-State Drill Team, and the University of Utah Dance Team.

I began teaching as a teenager, and continued to teach while pursuing my dance career. I have 16 years of experience choreographing in contemporary/lyrical, jazz, musical theatre, technique, tumbling, pom, hip-hop and ballet. Before teaching at BNG, I traveled to teach choreography to competitive studios and also held master classes in various styles. I have received multiple judges choice awards for my choreography including “best in show”, “judge’s choice”, and “best choreography” to name a few.

Dance has played a huge role in my life, and I am eager to pass this talent on to anybody who wants it! I strive to create a fun learning environment where every dancer can find their potential and grow. I love working with all ages and levels and am happy to have found a home at BNG!"

Hannah Rash

I have been doing cheer since I was 4 years old in peewee and continued through middle and high school. I received the all american cheerleader awards with UCA  I started my competitive cheer journey my freshman year in highschool.  I have 15 years of tumbling experience personally and teaching it for about 7 years!

I absolutely love the small town family feel and the connections I am able to make with each and every athlete that walks through the door.  Tumbling and Cheer is a deep rooted passion to me and I love sharing my knowledge and watching the passion grow in my students.

Ashley “Ash” Ellis

I started my dance journey at two years old. While growing up in Frisco, Texas (North of Dallas), I have trained, performed, and competed in various styles of dance including ballet, pointe, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, tap, drill, pom, and different types of ballroom. As a child, I had the opportunity to train with the Joffrey Ballet School in their Jazz and Contemporary Summer Intensive, perform for the Frisco Roughriders as a Jr. Diamond Dancer, and perform for the Dallas Cowboys as a Cowboys Cutie and as performer for their Halloween Halftime Show. In high school, I was the Lt. Captain of the Prosper Talonettes Dance and Drill Team, and had the honor of being crowned the title of Miss Danceline USA 2020 along with other solo top finishes throughout the years.

I started teaching at 10 years old and started choreographing at 14 years old. My solo and group choreography has received numerous awards and recognitions. I currently still travel around the DFW area to teach and choreograph for various teams and soloists. Currently, I am an Accounting/Entrepreneurship double major with a Dance minor at Baylor University in hopes of opening up my own dance studio one day! I have continued my dance training in college by dancing with the Baylor Dance Company from 2021-2022, and I am still training with Baylor through the Dance Minor program.

I started teaching at Beauty N Grace in 2022 and have loved every minute of it! Seeing my students improve every day and watching their love for dance grow is my favorite part of the job. I have recently been certified to teach Bungee Fitness, and I am so excited to teach this fun and trendy exercise!

Miss Ash’s Mission Statement: To provide a safe and positive environment for students to be themselves while learning to dance with correct technique while preserving their mental health and passion for dance.
